A lot of new music dropped this week from the likes of older rappers such as Snoop Dogg & Raekwon, to prodigies such as Tyler, the Creator and A$AP Rocky. This week even saw two Chicago artists come to together to create track that is gonna be the summer anthem. All in all this week was a great one for rap and below are the tracks I thought stood out the most.

U MAD- Vic Mensa Feat. Kanye West

2015 is the year of Vic Mensa and he just dropped one of the hottest track of the year featuring the one and only Yeezus.

M’s- A$AP Rocky

A$AP Rocky continues his preparation for his sophomore album and he dropped another banger “talking bout M’s”. The beat is crazy, listen below.

F****** Young- Tyler, The Creator

So Tyler just decided to announce to the world this week that hes back and his new album drops this tuesday, yes thats right THIS tuesday. The song he released with the announcement is pretty cool and the beat is also very smooth, while tyler is rapping about some girl who is to young for him. Look for his album this tuesday, it should be pretty good as it has features from Kanye, Schoolboy Q, and more.

My Dope House- Freddie Gibbs

Freddie Gibbs returned this week with a dope song alongside Kaytranada. Gibbs flow on this is crazy, listen below.

Alchemy – Mick Jenkins

Chicago’s Mick Jenkins is back this week, with his first song for his new project coming soon. This track is insane as Mick spits bar after bar as each minute passes.

1,2 1,2- Raekwon feat. Snoop Dogg

This was a pleasant surprise song for me to hear, two veteran emcees collaborating on a song. They bring the best out of each other on this, as they both sound like their old selves on this track. Listen below.
